From time to time, the Madrasa may capture photographs and videos of students and staff for the purposes of promoting Melbourne Hifz via online platforms, printed materials, or social media.
By enrolling your child, you consent to their image being used in this way unless written notice of withdrawal of consent is provided to the administration.
Additionally, the Madrasa may use video or audio recordings internally to address behavioural concerns or incidents involving students. These recordings are strictly for administrative review and will not be used for any public or promotional purposes
