Please complete your child's enrolment by completing the form below.

NOTE Please complete this form separately for each additional attending child.

Parents Role  | Student Task Guide

Manzil

  • Parents supervises their child actively revising their Manzil - 1 Juz 30 minutes

  • Parents listens to their child's complete revised Manzil - 1 Juz 30 minutes

Sabaq

  • Parent supervises the child whilst the student completes daily memorisation.

  • Parent listens to their child's daily Sabaq

Sabqi 

  • This is the sole responsibility of the child to keep on top of their Sabqi.

  • Parent to monitor and check their child's daily performance for Sabaq, Sabqi and Manzil.

Media Consent

  • From time to time, the Madrasa may capture photographs and videos of students and staff for the purposes of promoting Melbourne Hifz via online platforms, printed materials, or social media.

  • By enrolling your child, you consent to their image being used in this way unless written notice of withdrawal of consent is provided to the administration.

  • Additionally, the Madrasa may use video or audio recordings internally to address behavioural concerns or incidents involving students. These recordings are strictly for administrative review and will not be used for any public or promotional purposes

Homeschooling Disclaimer

By submitting this enrolment form, I acknowledge and understand that Melbourne Hifz is not a registered school and does not provide formal schooling accreditation. As a parent/guardian, I accept full responsibility for registering my child with the relevant government education authority for homeschooling (e.g., the Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority – VRQA or equivalent in other states). Melbourne Hifz provides Quranic education only and does not fulfil the academic curriculum requirements set by the Department of Education.​ I agree to ensure that my child is compliant with all legal requirements for home education and that Melbourne Hifz will not be held liable for any failure to meet those obligations.
